We created a new website design consistent with the quality of the builder, developer and homes built in the Argyle Forest Subdivision.The user interface and navigation were greatly improved over the old site making it easier to contact sales, view the available home styles, and locate the subdivision.
In addition a marketing program was designed that included SEM (Search Engine Marketing), banner and print ads, cross-linking with the real estate company's website and MLS listings, resulting in increased awareness of the subdivision, a significant increase in website traffic, improved attendance of their Open House events, and increased sales of spec homes, lots, and home building contracts.
